This place is amazing. We were on vacation. Saw the positive reviews and took a chance going there without a reservation. The place was packed with no spaces left in the parking lot. So we had to wait for someone to leave. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table with the host running around like crazy (good sign). Crowded place. Unbelievable ambiance. Great decor. Voluminous menu that goes on and on but the server and chef did accomodate a suggestion. Delicious food. Great variety of everything. Our server Alejandro N was the BEST. He knew the wines. He knew the foods and ingredients. Made suggestions. Was attentive but didn’t hover. Personable but not overbearing. Great experience. Portions are amazing. Plan on leftovers coming home. Loved the place, we went back another night on our vacation.

My wife and I wisely made a reservation before we even got to Chatham. it is a deservedly very popular restaurant. both our meals were absolutely delicious. We were able to eat on the porch. Service was also topnotch.

Last evening we dined at Buca’s Tuscan Roadhouse located at the intersection of route 28 and Depot Road in Harwich. We had dined there a couple of times this past summer and were looking forward to another great dining experience last evening. Pat was our Server and did an excellent job of taking very good care of us.
We both started out with a Tito’s Cosmo ($9) but it tasted different than the last two times we were there. There was too much lemon in it, or perhaps the lemon used was just not a good one. It happens every once in a while. The bride didn’t like it so Pat said she would take it back. My lady love  then switched to a glass of Palazzo Red   which she really enjoyed. I finished my Cosmo but switched to Grey Goose & Tonic  for my second cocktail.
We were served some wonderful warm sourdough bread before our meal and thoroughly enjoyed it with a fine olive oil for dipping. They serve great bread at Buca’s.
For a starter, we decided to try something different. We ordered the Carciofi Ripieni (Prosciutto wrapped grilled artichoke hearts stuffed with gorgonzola & mascarpone, balsamic glaze, roasted red peppers, $16). This was a very interesting appetizer to share and full of different levels of flavor. It was perfectly prepared and delicious!
For an entrée, the bride ordered the Vitello Saltimbocca  .  My lovely wife said her dinner was excellent. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. She also added that she loves their pasta. It is always a step above any other pasta she has ever tasted.
For an entrée, I ordered the Veal Chop Parmigiana (Panko crusted, pan fried, Tuscan tomato sauce, linguini, Mozzarella & Burrata Cheese, Fried Basil, ). I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this is the best veal chop I ever had. It was prepared perfectly and “Oh so good”. The chop was tender, juicy, and so full of flavor. The Panko crust was perfect with just a little crunch on the edges. I love that. The combination of Mozzarella and Burrata Cheese made for a such a great accent to this fabulous chop. I concur with the wife  and her assessment of Buca’s pasta, it is a step above any other pasta I ever tasted.   No room for dessert after that sensational dinner.
Buca’s isn’t an inexpensive place to dine, but the quality of their offerings and their wonderful ambiance makes it worth the price. My compliments to the Chef on his or her preparations. We loved every bite! I would highly recommend this fine restaurant.

This place never disappoints. The owner is very nice and is always involved in the day to day and it shows. The place has a great atmosphere and the food is always perfectly cooked. This is authentic Italian like you would get in Italy.

Did not disappoint. Impeccable friendly service followed by an amazing meal. I love the Italian ambeance,as if I stepped into my grandma’s Italian kitchen! Knowledgeable on wine pairing , suggestions were spot on. Lucky enough to have secured a reservation ! Thank you!!!

Cape Cod has some great Italian restaurants. This is one of the best! This was our first time at Buca’s and my wife and I couldn’t have been happier. The service and food were excellent! The arancini was a wonderful starter. My wife enjoyed the pork chop and I had the bistecca. Both were perfectly done and satisfying. We finished the meal with a decadent chocolate raspberry torte.
Beyond the great food, service and atmosphere, they did a great job at making everything safe and comfortable during these difficult times. Will definitely be heading back.

We had a delicious meal from Buca. We took it to go and it was still hot when we got back. Let’s start with the bread- as a baker myself, I can attest that it is top notch. All the pastas were very good- bolognese, broccoli rabe, truffle and pomodoro. The marinated olives were a perfect addition to our hungry table.

Tables were well distanced outside with propane heaters adjacent. Our waiter Joe was very attentive and our food delicious. Was like dining in the North End in Boston. Service was prompt. Nice time between appetizer and entree courses.  We have dined at Buca in past seasons and have always been pleased
