Captain Kidd  Woods Hole

On New Years Eve, Thursday, December 31st, the Captain Kidd is hosting a Waterfront New Year’s Event; Taste of America. Join us for a six course meal, your choice of area beer or wine sampling with each course, entertainment and a beautiful waterfront view.

The event starts with a Cocktail Hour 5:30 – 6:30 with live music and a free drink included with ticket. First Course, South East – Fried Oysters, Light Slaw, Micro Greens and Cilantro Lime Aioli. Second Course, North West – Pan Seared Halibut with an Apple Honey Glaze, Pickled Red Onions, Served with Root Vegetables. Third Course, Southwest – Grilled Tuna, Rare and Sliced Thin, Served with a Spicy Mustard Sauce and Crostini’s. Fourth Course, Northeast – Lobster and Chive Risotto, with Pancetta and Peas, Served with Garlic Bread. Fifth Course, Midwest – Peppercorn Seared Steak, with a Red Wine Rosemary Butter and a Fig Demi Glaze, Served with Root Vegetables.
