Onset Bay Illumination Night 2016

The Onset Bay  Illumination Night will be held on Saturday evening  August 27 @ 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Onset VillageAn event with a 100 year history, Illumination Night has become an Onset tradition for both residents and tourists alike. Onset Beach and Wickets and Onset Islands are lit up with illuminating flares. 9:15-9:45 approx.

This year will also feature a fire dancer on the beach who also entertains with luminaria of various sizes and colors! 8:30-10:00

Entertaining us at the Gazebo will be Frank Noonan and his South Coast Musicians with A variety of Dixie Land tunes and more! 8:45-10:00

Free parking is available at Hynes Field, located on the corner of 10th Street and Onset Ave (next to Chuck’s Auto). It’s a 5 minute walk to the pier from there. Closer pay parking is available at the town pier, they charge until 10:00. The Temple Lot on Union Ave is free after 6:00.
