Shop Small Saturday November 26th

Help make a lasting impact in the place you call home on Small Business Saturday®. Founded by American Express in 2010, it’s a day to celebrate the local businesses that make your neighborhood great — and anyone can join in, from business owners to shoppers to government officials. This year, the big day is Nov 26th. No matter who you are, be a part of it. Your local independent businesses are already aware of the importance of shopping small and Small Business Saturday. Now it is your turn to show them your support and appreciation by stopping in on November 26th.

Lighting of the Christmas Tree Sunday November 27th 5pm

Shawme Pond – Family free event. Feel the magic of the Thornton Burgess story as
the little tree in the pond lights up for the first time this season. Sponsored by the
American Legion Post 188 of Sandwich.

Community Sing Along  Friday December 2nd  7pm

Gather at the steps of the First Church of Christ at 7 p.m. for the annual Carol Sing
followed by cider and cookies, compliments of the Dan’l Webster Inn. Refreshments
will be located at the Dan’l Webster Inn, 149 Main Street, Sandwich

Breakfast with Santa  Saturday December 10th 9am-11am

Pancakes with Santa, thanks to the American Legion! The event will be held on Saturday, Dec. 10th, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Legion Post 188, 20 Main Street.
