Every autumn, visitors flock to Fresh rom the Vine Cranberry Bog Farm in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, for a hands-on taste of New England’s favorite red berry. In Harvest Days 2025, the farm invites families, foodies, and cranberry lovers to step into the bog, pick fresh cranberries “fresh from the vine,” and soak up the unique fall experience. Whether you’re curious about how cranberries grow or eager to harvest your own, this annual event offers a vibrant blend of education, tradition, and festive fun in the heart of Cape Cod.
You’ll have 4 weekends of opportunity to see a cranberry wet harvest in action! Plenty of parking on farm or surrounding public lots. More details on that to come.
October 11th – 13th
Bring your hiking shoes for this one as it’s a bit of a walk from the parking areas. Be prepared for at least a mile of walking in through the farm to the largest of the bogs at the back of the property.
October 18th – 19th
You can cut the walk in half to check out this harvest. About a 1/2 mile in and out to see the beautiful berries floating.
25th – 26th
This is as close as it gets and has come to be our main attraction. This harvest is roadside to Route 28 and can be viewed from the parking lot!
November 1st and 2nd or 8th and 9th
This one is still a bit of a toss up and we going to hold off on the exact dates but definitely one of the two weekends. It’s about a 1/4 mile hike in and out and usually on the lighter side of berries as it’s our main dry harvesting bog. Still a sight to see!
All harvests are a two – three day process where day one they will be removed from the vine allowing them to float on the water’s surface. Day two – three will be corralling them and off loading them from the water into a truck.
