Day 218 Monty Python’s Spamalot Comedy Musical in Cotuit MA

The Cotuit Center for the Arts will be performing Monty Python’s Spamalot Thursdays through Saturdays and 4 p.m. Sundays, June 6-30 in Cotuit  MA.  The original 2005 Broadway production, directed by Mike Nichols, won three Tony Awards, including the Tony Award for Best Musical of the 2004–2005 season and received 14 Tony Award nominations.

The  award winning musical comedy  is “lovingly ripped off from” the 1975 film “Monty Python and the Holy Grail.”  SPAMALOT retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, and features a bevy of beautiful show girls, not to mention cows, killer rabbits, and French people. Did we mention the bevy of beautiful show girls?
