The Mid Cape includes the city of Barnstable and the towns of Dennis and Yarmouth. There are seven villages in Barnstable: Barnstable Village, Centerville, Cotuit, Hyannis, Marstons Mills, Osterville, and West Barnstable

Beaches:

Enjoy the pristine beaches like Craigville Beach, Kalmus Beach, and Covell’s Beach for swimming, sunbathing, and family picnics.

John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum:

Explore the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, which provides insight into the life and times of President Kennedy during his visits to Cape Cod.

Cape Cod Rail Trail:

Rent bikes and explore the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a scenic 22-mile bike path that winds through charming towns and landscapes.  South Dennis to Wellfleet. The terrain is relatively flat with some minor grades in certain sections in the Lower / Outer Cape areas, specifically Orleans and Wellfleet. It easily offers the greatest variety in scenery and natural landscapes of all the regional bike paths.
