Cape Cod Saint Patrick’s Parade 2021

The  16th Annual Cape Cod St. Patrick’s Parade will be held  Saturday September 18, 2021 at 11am.
This year we have decided to forgo recognizing just person as our “Grand Marshall”. We are dedicating the parade to ALL of our ESSENTIAL workers as well as our first responders and front line workers who helped us get through the unprecedented times of the Covid-19 pandemic.
This AMAZING group of people went to work tirelessly, day after day, month after month, masked, gloved and at times in full body suits, not knowing what NEW challenges the day would bring. The list of essential workers includes (but not restricted to) the following:, grocery store workers, USPS , delivery truck drivers, tradesmen and women, restaurant workers, teachers, nursing care facility personnel, all health care workers, all public works personnel, along with all Police, Firefighters, and all first responders.
We invite ALL of you to join us in the parade. You are welcome to travel the parade route in a “company ” vehicle, (decorated for our St. Patrick’s Day in September Celebration). If you prefer, you can walk with your fellow workers (Wearing your GREEN), and carry your banner to let us know who you are so we can ALL say a great big, IRISH THANK YOU !
This will be a GREAT day to celebrate the IRISH and all of these OUTSTANDING members of our Cape Cod Community!
So line the parade route on Sept 18, 2021, wear your green, put a “Shamrock” smile on your face, and get a chance to just say “THANK YOU!”
The parade route is about 2 miles long. Parade starts at Long Pond Drive and Route 28 in South Yarmouth. Continue west on Route 28, over the Parker’s River Bridge, ending at Town N Country Motel, 452 Route 28, West Yarmouth. The road is closed off at Route 28 and Higgins Crowell Road/Berry Ave.
