The Eastham Cultural Council will present the 22nd  Annual Hands on the Arts Festival on Saturday and Sunday, June 25 and 26th  2023 from 9 am to 4 pm – rain or shine – on the Windmill Green on Rt. 6 in Eastham, MA.
