Here are the firework and 4th of July celebrations on Cape Cod MA for 2023 summer Some celebrations start early before the holiday.

Mashpee Community Picnic & Fireworks The fireworks display is always a highlight of Mashpee’s annual Community Picnic held at Mashpee High school Come out early for a full evening of games, food, music and entertainment for the whole family. The festivities begin at 5PM., with the fireworks show starting just after dusk.Saturday July 1st
Orleans fireworks The 2022 Independence Day Fireworks will be held at Rock Harbor at dusk on July 1, 2022 with a rain date of July 5.Sunday July 2nd
Chatham fireworks Veterans Field 9:00 PM

Tuesday July 4th
Cape pro tip Go to Sesuit Harbor Cafe a fabulous place to see fireworks all over the cape. We go every year with a group of friends & it’s always spectacular – many surrounding towns do them & you can see it all from Sesuit.
Barnstable village Parade fantastic holiday parade of decorated cars, floats, police and fire vehicles will leave the Barnstable County Courthouse Complex parking lot at 9 a.m. and travel east on Route 6A, turn left on Millway then right on Commerce Road back to Route 6A, right on Route 6A through the village to turn left on Parker Road, continue on to Church Street, turn right on Route 149, right on Route 6A and returning to the county parking lot.
Chatham Parade One of the oldest Independence Day parades in the country! The 2022 theme is “Chatham: Salty as Ever”. Procession starts at 9:30 along Main Street
Cotuit Parade The parade begins at 11 a.m. on School Street, then turns left on Main Street and continues down Main Street to the former Cotuit Elementary School.
Falmouth Fireworks Rated one of the most spectacular displays in the country, this patriotic extravaganza kicks off at dusk over Falmouth Heights Beach. Bring a portable radio and tune in to PIXY 103 (102.9 FM) for a music show that accompanies the fireworks.
UPDATE POSTPONED!! FALMOUTH FIREWORKS
Today’s July 4th events at the Ball Field and Fireworks show have been postponed until tomorrow- Wednesday the 5th, same time and place.
Due to the predicted low cloud ceiling, the chances of actually seeing the Fireworks are pretty low and no one wants a soggy foggy show! Or a repeat of the Foggy Fireworks of 2014!!

The Falmouth Fireworks Display is tentatively scheduled for July 4, 2023 (Tuesday) beginning at dusk off of Falmouth Heights Beach and lasts about ½ hour. The rain date is July 5, 2023 (Wednesday).
Traffic Restrictions/Road Closures:
As in years past, traffic will be restricted from entering the Falmouth Heights area at 6 pm. The restriction will stay in effect until the spectators have safely left the area.

Parking Ban –
A temporary parking ban, including a “tow away zone”, will be implemented on July 4th starting at 3:30 pm and will stay in effect until the spectators safely leave the area:
Grand Avenue (South), between Walden Avenue and Central Park Court, including all metered parking spaces.
Worcester Court, between Jericho Path and Grand Avenue (South), including the grass median.

Traffic Exit Plan:
In an attempt to alleviate traffic congestion as a result of the heavy volume created by the annual Falmouth Fireworks Display, the Falmouth Police Department has devised a traffic plan for vehicles exiting the Falmouth Heights area. Police officers, along with electronic message boards will guide motorists out of the Falmouth Heights area. All motorists are advised to plan their route in advance.

Hyannis Port Parade The 4th of July parade begins at 11 am. Route begins at the Hyannis Port Post Office on Longwood Avenue, turns left onto Washington Avenue, turns right onto Lafayette Avenue, left onto Winchester Avenue, left onto Scudder Avenue and then continues onto Dale Avenue to the West Beach Club.
Hyannis Harbor Boat Parade Starting at 2 p.m. the Hyannis Marina Boat Parade will take place in Hyannis Harbor. A procession of boats decked out in a sea of red, white and blue will wind their way around the inner harbor
Hyannis 4th on Main st After the boat parade come down to the village green and Habor overlook for a family fun zone. Enjoy dinner on Main St with festival Live & DJ music. There will be a special concert at Aselton Park.
Orleans 4th of July Parade The July 4th Parade at 10am showcases the pride of the Orleans community and is full of music, celebration, and fun! Parade Theme: Orleans’ Super Heroes Past & Present Fireworks will be held Friday July 1st
Sandwich Parade & Picnic “Spirit of Sandwich” parade starts at 1030am. from the Henry T. Wing School on Water Street in Sandwich. Procession winds through downtown Sandwich via Main Street and Beale Avenue, and ending on Morse Road.
